Robert Jordan’s interiors epitomize the feeling that permeates all of his work:
Classically uncluttered, imbued with total stillness; filled with a cool, subtle light;
the presence of human beings almost always incidental; each scene an oasis in which Jordan recaptures a time gone by;
a space lost somewhere in the past that we would surely revisit if we could.
